BurningTheManRVRentals.com is a Burner-owned outfitter based 90 minutes from Black Rock City. Since 2014 we do one thing obsessively well: get you to the playa comfortable, powered and stress-free.

We are not a generic RV aggregator. Every rig is playa-prepped in our Gerlach depot: sealed vents, extra air filters, reflective window armor, upgraded batteries, deep-clean tanks, and a full test-run of AC + generator under load. Our drivers are Burners — they know gate lines, exodus pulses, and how to place a 32-footer in a tight camp at 2AM in a whiteout.

Walk into cold AC

Land at Reno, shuttle to playa. Your RV is leveled, powered, stocked with water, beds made, fairy lights on.

STEP 03

Burn, we handle shit

Mid-week water top, generator check, dump service. 24/7 radio dispatch. After Exodus we extract & deep-clean.

1.5 gal/day drink + navy showers. Our 60-gal tanks + refill = 7 days easy.

🌪️ Whiteouts

Close vents, kill AC intake, seal with our magnetic covers. Wait it out with tea.

RV playa commandments

Never run AC with door open — dust kills filters in 20 minutes. Use our airlock shade entry.
Keep grey tank closed until 3/4 — then call dispatch for pump. No ground dumping, ever.
Generator hours: ours are whisper-quiet Honda EU2200, allowed 24/7 but point exhaust downwind.
Food: pre-cook, freeze flat. Our freezers keep ice 9 days. No glass on playa.
MOOP: furnace filter on AC intake + daily 5-min sweep = zero deposit loss.
Exodus: pack Sunday, sleep, leave Monday 6AM. We handle dump + dust storm queue snacks.

Dusty questions

Do I need an early arrival pass?

Yes if you arrive before gates open Wednesday. We coordinate delivery for WAP holders and regular entry. Tell us your arrival day and we stage accordingly.

Can I tow or drive the RV myself?

No. All Burns are delivery-only for insurance + safety. You get keys on playa, we handle highway, gate lanes and placement.

What about toilets and showers?

All RVs have flush toilet + hot shower. We deliver with empty black tank, full fresh water, chemicals and a mid-week pump service for 30'+ rigs.

Is Starlink / power for art included?

Starlink is $299 add-on with unlimited data. House batteries + solar run lights/fans/phones. For art cars or sound, book Titan power grid.

What if my camp placement changes?

Send new pin up to 48h before gate. On-playa moves within BRC are $150 if accessible. We'll find you even without cell service via GPS + radio.
